    Before submitting your order, please double-check that your “ship to” address is correct. If additional shipping charges are incurred by hubcaps.wheels as a result of an error you make with your address, we'll need to pass that exact cost on to you. Because UPS will not deliver to a PO Box, in some cases, we may ask you to provide a physical address. If merchandise is not received within 14 business days, please notify us in case the package was lost in transit. Any orders refused at time of delivery will be refunded less the shipping charges incurred to your address and the shipping charges incurred back to our facility.

    All returns must be made within 30 days from the date of original delivery to you.
    SAME CONDITION AS YOU RECEIVED IT
    Returned items must be in the same condition that you received it. If you used it on your vehicle or caused any damage to it, we cannot accept a return.

    To ensure a quick refund, include a copy of the packing slip that was in the original package; or print the email receipt we sent you.
    Be sure to always put the hubcaps back in the plastic bags they came in and always use the cardboard separators. If you do not package with the bags and cardboard, any shipping damage will be your responsibility.
    RETURN SHIPPING
    Cost of return shipping is your responsibility. Please feel free to send via USPS, UPS, or FedEx – whichever is most convenient for you. We strongly recommend that you send with a tracking number in case your returned item becomes lost or damaged before it reaches us.
