Original WWII German 98k Sling k98

Description

Authentic World War II German 98k sling in original condition. The buckle is unmarked and missing the leather protector and still retains some of its original blued finish. The ricasso or ''fish skin'' pattern is still faintly visible. The stopper or rear keeper and band are present and the stitching is in good shape. The leather of the sling itself is darkened and cracked with age with one major crack (see pictures) which is typical of these slings as they did see extensive use in the field.
