Mask the Straps and mask are marked PT, PT2, EH 1940 and BMT-40-45 Good over all shape for the age no.

WW2 Paper Mache Fiber Carrying Canister I think maybe French not for sure on the case. Condition is far to good for the age missing portion of the cap as seen in photo's.
gas mask does not contain asbestos.
