WW2 German Wehrmacht/Luftwaffe Personal Comb #2 - RARE!

You are bidding on a SUPERB Wehrmacht/Luftwaffe Issue Personal Comb, as used by the German military throughout WW2!  This pipe originally came either attached to the display card or in the envelope shown.
Made of plastic,
this comb is in AMAZING unused condition.  I am not sure who the manufacture was, however the original envelope was marked:
